Sarah Lanier
In addition to art, music and singing have been part of Sarah's life since she was knee-high to a grasshopper. Starting as a child in Georgia, Sarah sang in church everywhere she's roamed, from Florida to Colorado to California (after a detour to Uganda) before settling in Pennsylvania in 2014.
Deciding to broaden her horizons during the pandemic, she moved to art as a profession, quickly amassing a large number of private commissions and a constantly growing portfolio of large format murals in public spaces and businesses. Around that same time, she joined the Cody Templeton Band on backing vocals and keyboard, expanding her role over the next three years. In addition to handling the band's art direction, she contributed formidable songwriting and arranging skills to CTB's 2022 album "Born & Raised", all while building additional experience as a solo performer.
While the Cody Templeton Band is on indefinite hiatus, Sarah continues to keep a busy solo schedule, as well as hatching Littlebird and The Bad Eggs. Above all else, Sarah is the mother of two multi-talented daughters, and very fond of gummy worms.
