In addition to art, music and singing have been part of Sarah's life from her childhood in Georgia, and everywhere she's roamed from Florida to Colorado to California (with a detour to Uganda) before settling in Pennsylvania in 2014. 

By mid-2020, with a growing art business focused on private commissions and multiple large scale public works for municipalities and businesses, she had  joined the Cody Templeton Band on backing vocals and keyboard. Expanding her role over the next three years, she handled the band's art direction, and contributed her formidable songwriting and arranging skills to CTB's 2022 album "Born & Raised".

With the end of that band, Sarah embarked on a busy solo schedule and expanded her art enterprise to include live painting, for weddings as well as corporate and private events. 

As an an unending well of creativity, Sarah also hatched littlebird & the bad eggs in early 2024. The ensemble brings together 9 pieces including trumpet, cello, and violin, for an arrangement that elevates eclectic cover choices, and expands their original music beyond what's possible from a typical rock band.

  Above all else, Sarah is the mother of two multi-talented daughters, and very fond of gummy worms.
